Carolina Pinho joined INSURE in 2026 as an Account Manager, bringing more than seven years of insurance experience to her role. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and now residing in Raleigh, North Carolina, Carolina earned a bachelor’s degree in Trilingual Executive Secretariat from UNESA. Throughout her insurance career, she has served as a CSR, Agent, Office Manager, and Account Manager in Florida and currently works with both commercial and personal lines clients.
Carolina believes in treating clients with empathy, respect, and professionalism and is dedicated to helping them explore insurance options that fit their individual needs. She also enjoys giving back to her community and has volunteered through fundraising efforts, nonprofit organizations, and initiatives providing meals, clothing, household items, and other essentials to individuals experiencing homelessness.
